Ganaraj Logistics provides customs clearance, CHA services, and logistics coordination for import and export shipments by sea and air. All services are offered in accordance with applicable Indian laws and customs regulations.
2. Documentation & Information
Customers must provide accurate and genuine shipment documents. Ganaraj Logistics will not be responsible for delays or penalties arising due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.
3. Customs Examination & Delays
Clearance timelines depend on customs authorities, port operations, and government regulations. We are not liable for delays due to inspections, port congestion, strikes, or force majeure events.
4. Liability for Loss or Damage
Ganaraj Logistics acts only as a service facilitator and is not liable for loss or damage caused by carriers, terminals, or third parties. Assistance for claims and insurance will be provided wherever applicable.
5. Payment Terms
All service charges, duties, and statutory fees must be paid by the customer as agreed. Delays in payment may result in shipment hold or additional charges.
6. Compliance & Legal Responsibility
Customers are responsible for compliance with customs, DGFT, GST, and allied agency regulations. Any legal issues due to non-compliance shall be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Amendments & Updates
Ganaraj Logistics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be applicable from the date of publication on the website.
8. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
